2023 NEAHMA Annual Poster Contest for 2024 NAHMA Calendar

The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) is kicking off an annual art and poster contest for its 2024 calendar.

The theme for this year's contest is People Helping People: Promote Acts of 
Kindness. If your residents would like to participate, please send completed contest forms along with original posters to:

Request for Proposals: RIHousing Resident Service Funding

RIHousing seeks proposals from eligible applicants to fund creative resident service coordination models to support people living in RIHousing financed developments. 

The intention of this funding is to complement RIHousing’s investments by providing additional resources to support residents. Funding may be used as seed money for new initiatives or for expansion of current initiatives. Priority will be given to projects that leverage mainstream resources, such as Medicaid, to ensure sustainability of resident service programs beyond the grant term. 

RIHousing financed development owners and property managers are eligible to apply. 

Completed proposals must be submitted via email to swasserman@rihousing.com by March 10, 2023.

NLHA's Education Fund Scholarship Program

NLHA’s Education Fund is accepting applications for its 2023 scholarship program. Residents of Section 8 project-based housing (including RAD conversions); voucher recipients; and tax credit property residents are all eligible

Applicants can visit the NLHA website to learn more and apply.

The deadline for receipt of completed applications is March 24, 2023. Please note that applicants will be asked for proof of residency in privately owned federally assisted rental housing (e.g. letter from the management company, copy of the voucher, etc.) as part of their application.
